Where 2 or More Gather Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website jesusdelivered.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you submit through forms. When you submit our contact form or prayer request form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message. This is used to respond to you and (for prayer requests) to pray for you.
• Newsletter signup data. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is passed directly to ActiveCampaign, the third-party email service we use. We do not store newsletter signup data on our own servers.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data — pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type. We do not collect personally-identifying information through analytics.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) maintains standard web server logs that include IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used for security and operational purposes.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and prayer requests
• To send the newsletter to subscribers (via ActiveCampaign)
• To improve our website and ministry
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and security incidents

Email delivery

Forms submitted on this site are delivered to our ministry team via Microsoft Graph (Azure). Our email infrastructure follows Microsoft's standard security and privacy practices.

Third-party services we use

• Vercel. Web hosting and content delivery. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Anonymized usage analytics.
• ActiveCampaign. Newsletter management. Your email is sent directly to ActiveCampaign when you subscribe.
• Microsoft Graph (Microsoft Azure). Transactional email delivery from our contact and prayer-request forms.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies — primarily for analytics (Google Analytics) and essential site functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking beyond GA4.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link)
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking via Google's opt-out tools or browser settings

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Confidentiality of prayer requests

Prayer requests submitted through our form are confidential. Your name and contact information are read only by our ministry team and are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than responding to and praying for your request. If you opt in (via the checkbox on the form), an anonymized version of your request (no name, no contact info) may be shared with our intercessor team.
