Prayer Against Witchcraft and Curses
A specific prayer against witchcraft and curses — for those who have been involved in occult practices or who sense a spiritual attack from outside.
If you have been involved in occult practices in the past (yourself or anyone in your family line), or if you sense that someone is praying or working against you spiritually, this prayer addresses it directly.

Prayer Against Witchcraft and Curses
Lord Jesus Christ, I bring before You every occult involvement in my life or in my family line — every tarot card pulled, every horoscope consulted, every spell spoken, every charm worn, every Wicca or New Age practice engaged with, every séance, every ouija board, every fortune teller visited.
I confess these as sin. I renounce each one in the Name of Jesus Christ. By the blood You shed on the Cross, I close every doorway these practices opened in my life and in my family line.
If any person living or dead has spoken or worked any curse against me, I declare in the Name of Jesus that no weapon fashioned against me shall prevail (Isaiah 54:17). Every curse spoken against me, I break in the Name of Jesus and I send it back to the Cross to be undone.
I forgive every person who has cursed me, intentionally or unintentionally. I release them to You. I refuse to operate in retaliation.
By Your precious blood, I cover myself, my family, my home, and everything entrusted to me. Father, send Your angels to guard us in all our ways, as You have promised.

How to pray this
Pray it specifically. Name what you renounce. If you cannot remember every occult involvement, that is fine — name the categories. The Holy Spirit knows. After praying, if any specific items in your home are tied to occult involvement (tarot cards, crystals used for divination, books on witchcraft, etc.), remove them — Acts 19:19 is the biblical pattern.
Why occult involvement gets named specifically
Scripture treats occult practice as a distinct category of sin, not a harmless curiosity (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Galatians 5:19-20). That is why this prayer asks you to name specific practices rather than confess in general terms. Acts 19:19 shows the pattern completed: the Ephesian believers named it, renounced it, and destroyed the objects tied to it. Do all three.
If something stirs after you pray this
Occasionally praying against witchcraft surfaces additional resistance for a few days after — disturbed sleep, intrusive thoughts, an unsettled sense. Pray the protection prayer and the binding prayer through that window. Stay in scripture and stay connected to other believers. Reach out if you need help.

Not a magic formula of its own — the power is in the Name of Jesus, not in the wording. Not a substitute for repentance or for community. It is part of a whole Christian life that takes spiritual realities seriously.
